I have always tried and try now to notice or make ordinary things not ordinary. For the last several years it is digital camera that has become the instrument allowing to take quick and imaginative approach to your goal, to create instantaneous artwork, and at the same instant it gives an opportunity to show it. I would like to stress the speed factor, as this is very important for creation of your ideas. Expressive realization was the thing I searched for in other kinds of decorative art, but have found only with the help of digital camera. Also there is one more very important reason why I work precisely with the digital photo. This reason is that we live in the era of new rapidly developing technologies, where time and speed run much quicker than three or four centuries ago. I try to make art urgent and it is possible only when the art has just appeared. In my opinion, instantaneity of its appearance is this urgency. I think that it is digital camera that builds the shortest bridge between the subconscious illusion of our brain and transformation of this illusion into its image and display to the viewers. Therefore I underline the importance of image display, as I think that art is visible, and if it arises, then there are people who are interested in it. This process is inverse and essential. The result of creative work should not be hidden by the author or presented in the time when it is of little importance. Image appears to be available to everyone. By its existence this image provokes new illusions in the subconsciousness of those, who draw their attention to it. In this way art continues to transform from one form into another turning into new ideas and concepts. All my works are the result of subconscious process, which easily, quickly and authentically transforms into a real image with the help of digital camera and some computer functions.
